What Would You Become?

Becoming something new is terrifying. I have discovered that obtaining the right mindset we can accomplish anything if we set our minds to by simply have faith in ourselves. Mindy Kaling's Guide to Killer Confidence is spot on in her theory of earning it, working for it and believing it.
What would you become if you had no fear?

We are incredibly lucky to have an infinite supply of convenient and helpful videos, articles, podcasts and training and resource websites at our fingertips. Some sites that we frequent are Entrepreneur.com, Ted.com, Lynda.com, Udemy.com and so many more.
As we work together to find solutions, educate and create change within our community, we strive to embrace our imperfections, except our differences and move forward. A Stanford study shows that attitude is more important than intelligence. In this video, Will Bowen, author of 'A Complaint Free World', provides an excellent dissertation on the importance of our attitude.
In my own experiences, I have learned that the right mindset, patience and gratitude are all necessities. Feedback and listening closely is imperative. Passion, purpose and a well defined mission can sustain drive, endurance and focus.
